Upon deletion: All personal data — including your profile, order history, saved addresses, and preferences — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems. Pending orders may take up to 24 hours to be fully processed before removal.
04. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Once your account is deleted, data is purged within 24 hours from active systems and within 30 days from backups.
