By using the Sourdough House platform or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
02. Our Services
Sourdough House provides an e-commerce platform for ordering baked goods and artisan products. We also offer dine-in, delivery, and pick-up services at our physical locations.
03. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You warrant that all information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
04. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Sourdough House. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be received before fulfillment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change product prices. Prices at the time of order confirmation apply to your purchase.
05. Delivery Policy
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. For dine-in and pick-up orders, you must collect within the agreed timeframe. Items not collected may be forfeited.
06. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Harassment or abuse of our staff or other users
- Fraudulent transactions or payment
- Unauthorized access to our systems
- Misuse of promotions or discount codes
07. Limitation of Liability
Sourdough House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
08. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
